feat(transactions): add transaction management and receipt uploads

Summary

  • Add authenticated Transaction CRUD APIs.
  • Automatically update wallet balances when transactions are created, updated, or deleted.
  • Use serializable Prisma transactions with retry handling for balance consistency.
  • Add transaction search, filtering, sorting, and pagination.
  • Validate wallet ownership, archived resources, positive decimal amounts, and category type compatibility.
  • Add authenticated receipt upload, download, replacement, and deletion.
  • Support JPEG, PNG, WebP, and PDF receipts with file signature and size validation.
  • Add the Transaction API definitions to Swagger.
  • Add a database migration for transaction decimal amounts, receipt metadata, location, and query indexes.
  • Add receipt storage configuration and update project documentation.
