feat(statements): implement statement export with claymorphism UI and home navigation

Summary

Implements the multi-format Transaction Statement Export feature in FinWise Zalo Mini App, complying strictly with Claymorphism design standards (AGENTS.md), resolving UI clipping issues, and updating Home dashboard navigation.

Statements Dashboard (/statements):
- Added Claymorphic Hero banner, statistics overview, and status badges.
- Refactored statement request history with a 4-tile grid card (StatementJobCard.tsx), clear download feedback, and 3D clay skeletons (StatementSkeleton.tsx).
Export Statement Modal (ExportStatementModal.tsx):
- Integrated Zod schema validation with React Hook Form.
- Added format selector buttons (Excel .xlsx, PDF .pdf, CSV .csv) with inner-border box-sizing and padding buffers to prevent horizontal clipping.
- Added password toggle with EyeIcon / EyeOffIcon for file protection.
- Embedded Vietnamese date picker (LocalizedDateInput) with presets (Last 30 days, This Month, Last Month, This Year, 365 Days).
Home Navigation Updates (src/pages/index.tsx):
- Restored concise dashboard button titles (Ví của tôi, Giao dịch, Xuất sao kê...).
- Repositioned the "Xuất sao kê" navigation card right above the "Thông báo" (Notifications) card as requested.
